On March 8, 2023, a tragic incident unfolded at the Sails Inn bar on North Gallatin Avenue in Uniontown, Pennsylvania, resulting in the deaths of two local men: 32-year-old Darroll Dewitt "Baby D" Gregg and 28-year-old Tommy Stargell Jr. The altercation began when Gregg and another patron, identified as 32-year-old Daryl Maurice Truley, engaged in a heated argument.
