On August 3, 2024, at approximately 5 a.m., a tragic incident unfolded at Club Lux, an after-hours establishment located on Morgantown Street in Uniontown, Pennsylvania. An altercation that began inside the crowded venue escalated and spilled into the parking lot, culminating in the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Timothy Brooks, a Uniontown resident.
