On March 20, 2023, 31-year-old Tyler James Whitlatch of Kennerdell, Pennsylvania, died from a gunshot wound in Venango Township. The incident occurred following an altercation with 19-year-old Jessica Callahan at her residence on Kohlmeyer Road.
