Jahkil Q. Swain, an 18-year-old male from Chester, Pennsylvania, tragically lost his life on April 11, 2014. Jahkil was fatally shot outside the Crosby Square Apartments in Chester. He was sitting in the passenger seat of his mother's car when Breon Lawrence, a former friend, approached the vehicle and fired a single shot through the window, striking Jahkil in the heart. Jahkil was pronounced dead shortly after arriving at Crozer Chester Medical Center.
