Shaukat Hussain, a 49-year-old man of Pakistani ethnicity, was tragically killed on January 4, 2006, in Chester, Pennsylvania. His death was the result of a single gunshot wound to the head, and his body was discovered in the early morning hours of October 18, 2005, in the 1100 block of Union Street.
