Kelly Brackin, a 52-year-old woman from Alcoa, Tennessee, was tragically found dead inside her home on Cherry Street on March 1, 2019. Alcoa police officers were dispatched to conduct a welfare check after neighbors reported concerns about her well-being. When officers arrived and announced themselves, they found Brackin deceased inside her apartment. An autopsy later revealed that she had died from multiple gunshot wounds.
