On April 8, 2023, in Wrightsville, Pennsylvania, 81-year-old Grace L. Kinard was tragically killed in a murder-suicide incident involving her husband, 85-year-old Ronald E. Kinard. Authorities responded to their residence on Sunrise Avenue in Hellam Township after reports of two fatalities. Upon arrival, they discovered Grace inside the home with multiple gunshot wounds to her chest and neck, and Ronald outside in the yard with a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
