Amari Mitchell, an 18-year-old woman from Homestead, PA, tragically lost her life on February 24, 2022. She was one of three people shot inside a car late Thursday night in Homestead. The incident occurred when a Homestead officer on patrol heard multiple gunshots around 11:30 p.m. in the area of East 16th Avenue.
