Jazmere Brianna Custis, a 19-year-old African American woman from Homestead, Pennsylvania, tragically lost her life on June 22, 2018. She was an innocent victim of a drive-by shooting that occurred in Munhall, a borough near Pittsburgh. Custis was in her mother's car with three other young people when another vehicle pulled alongside and someone inside began firing.
