On May 14, 2023, at approximately 6 a.m., 45-year-old Terri Rogers was fatally shot in Philadelphia's Strawberry Mansion neighborhood. The incident occurred inside the Seven Days Food Market, located on the 2400 block of North 29th Street. Responding officers found Rogers with a gunshot wound to the face; she was pronounced dead at the scene.
In the aftermath of the shooting, Philadelphia police sought a suspect described as a male between 25 and 35 years old, approximately six feet
tall with a thin build. Investigators believed he might be driving a tan-colored Infiniti QX4 with damage to the front passenger side.
As of December 2024, there have been no public reports indicating that an arrest has been made in connection with Terri Rogers' death. The Philadelphia Police Department continues to seek information from the public to aid in their investigation. Anyone with relevant information is encouraged to contact the authorities.
