On October 7, 2023, at approximately 1:48 p.m., 40-year-old Tiffany "Nitiffa" Wade was fatally shot inside a barbershop located on the 2500 block of West Lehigh Avenue in North Philadelphia. Responding officers found Wade with gunshot wounds to her torso and head; she was pronounced dead at the scene by medics at 2:04 p.m.
