On the evening of November 4, 2023, at approximately 10:24 p.m., Swatara Township police responded to reports of a shooting at an apartment complex in the 300 block of North Harrisburg Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered 39-year-old Josue "Rocky" Saez Jr. deceased with multiple gunshot wounds to his torso. Another male victim was found with non-life-threatening injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment.
