Death by Force

On February 13, 2024, at approximately 3:48 p.m., Philadelphia police responded to reports of a shooting in the 3600 block of North 17th Street, in the city's Tioga-Nicetown section. Upon arrival, officers discovered two individuals, a man and a woman, unresponsive inside a parked Kia Sportage with the engine still running. Both victims had sustained multiple gunshot wounds to the head and torso and were pronounced dead at the scene.
