Death by Force

Tyhir Berry, a 17-year-old from Philadelphia, was tragically shot and killed on December 12, 2016. The incident took place in the early morning hours on the unit block of North 60th Street in West Philadelphia. When Philadelphia Police Officers arrived at the scene at 12:19 a.m., they found Berry lying on the sidewalk, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Medical personnel pronounced him dead at the scene. Berry had just celebrated his 17th birthday two weeks prior to the shooting.
