On the morning of March 8, 2024, in East Greenville, Pennsylvania, 42-year-old Derek Sherer was fatally shot during a domestic dispute at his residence on the 200 block of Jefferson Street. Authorities responded to reports of a domestic altercation at approximately 8:11 a.m. Upon arrival, they found Sherer deceased from a gunshot wound in front of the home.
