On August 13, 2024, 54-year-old John Keith West Sr. was tragically shot and killed in a residence on West 15th Avenue in Homestead, Pennsylvania. The incident also claimed the life of 45-year-old Antoinette Porterfield. Emergency responders discovered their bodies after being called to the scene around 4:15 p.m.
