Eric Von David Johnson, a 26-year-old African American male from Homestead, PA, tragically died on June 1, 2021, from gunshot wounds sustained in a shooting incident. Johnson was found with multiple gunshot wounds on West 14th Avenue in Homestead and was rushed to UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, where he was pronounced dead shortly before 1 a.m. The Allegheny County Medical Examiner confirmed his identity and cause of death.
