On August 25, 2024, Philadelphia Police officers responded to a call on the 400 block of East Indiana Avenue, where they discovered 28-year-old Alex Hernandez suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. The officers immediately transported him to Temple University Hospital, but despite their efforts, Hernandez succumbed to his injuries.
