On July 21, 2024, the Johnston County Sheriff's Office received a request for a welfare check on 33-year-old Kyle Trabel at his residence on Scout Road in Four Oaks, North Carolina. Upon arrival, deputies observed heavy smoke emanating from the home and promptly summoned the Bentonville Fire Department. Firefighters entered the residence, extinguished the fire, and discovered two deceased individuals in the master bedroom: 39-year-old Miriah Lyndl Woody and Trabel. Both had sustained gunshot wou ...
