Susan Raye Moore, a 25-year-old woman from Fayetteville, North Carolina, was tragically murdered on August 17, 1998. She was abducted and brutally shot dead along with her friend Tracy Rose Lambert. The two women were victims of a gang initiation carried out by members of the Crips gang. The perpetrators, Francisco "Paco" Tirado, 19, and Eric Queen, 21, were sentenced to death for their involvement in the murders.
