On February 26, 2010, 28-year-old Terrance Brooks was fatally shot in southwest Atlanta. The incident occurred early in the morning on Orlando Street, where Brooks' body was discovered in the middle of the road. Authorities responded to reports of gunfire and found him at the scene.
