On July 1, 2023, 25-year-old Moelique Anthony Dawson was fatally shot in a parking lot on Adams Avenue in Endicott, New York. Police responded to reports of gunfire around 1:30 p.m. and found Dawson lying on the ground. He was transported to UHS Wilson Medical Center in Johnson City, where he was pronounced dead. An autopsy confirmed that Dawson died from a gunshot wound.
