In the summer warmth of Syracuse, New York, the life of 17-year-old Karlianne Short was tragically cut short on July 4, 2023. A recent graduate of Henninger High School, the female teenager was looking forward to her future, with dreams of possibly pursuing a career in law. She was known by her loved ones as a vibrant and caring individual who brought joy to those around her.
