In the late hours of a Saturday in Phoenix, Arizona, the life of 40-year-old Delvin Mccowin was tragically cut short. On November 12, 2016, police responded to a call of shots fired near 15th Avenue and Buckeye Road. Upon arrival, they found Mccowin in critical condition, suffering from gunshot wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency responders, he later succumbed to his injuries.
