Police say 40-year-old Delvin McCowin was shot and killed over the weekend.

On Nov. 12, 2016 police responded to a call of shots fired near 15th Avenue and Buckeye Road.

Officers arrived to find McCowin in critical condition from gunshot wounds. He later died.

Police say there's still not a lot of information about the suspect except for a "male running from the scene."
