A 41-year-old man, Raheem Blake, was fatally shot in the Bronx on the evening of Sunday, July 21, 2024. The incident occurred just before 6 p.m. in the vicinity of 3125 Park Avenue in the Melrose section of the borough. Police responded to a 911 call reporting a man had been shot.
