Death by Force

On Sunday, July 21, 2024, at approximately 5:55 p.m., 41-year-old Raheem Blake was fatally shot in front of his residence on Park Avenue near East 161st Street in the Bronx's Concourse Village neighborhood. Responding to a 911 call, police officers arrived at the scene to find Blake with a gunshot wound to his chest. Emergency Medical Services transported him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was pronounced dead.
