In the Brownsville neighborhood of Brooklyn, a 15-year-old male named Malachi Deberry was fatally shot on the evening of Friday, October 25, 2024. Police responded to a call at 1145 Lenox Rd. around 8:42 p.m. and discovered the young man with gunshot wounds to his head.
