Death by Force

On January 14, 2024, Richard Henderson, a 45-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was fatally shot aboard a Manhattan-bound No. 3 subway train in Crown Heights. The incident occurred around 8:15 p.m. as the train approached the Franklin Avenue–Medgar Evers College station. Henderson was discovered with gunshot wounds to his back and shoulder and was pronounced dead at Kings County Hospital.
