Shaquill Banks, a 23-year-old resident of Brooklyn, New York, was tragically shot and killed on October 18, 2017. The incident occurred just after 10 p.m. when Banks stepped out of his grandmother's apartment on Chauncey Street near Malcolm X Boulevard in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
