A second man has died from injuries sustained in a shooting at the light-rail station at 24th and Jefferson streets Sunday night, police said.

Police identified the man as Raymond Woolfolk, 46.

Officers were still searching for the shooter.

Phoenix police released surveillance video of the man in the hopes that someone will recognize him.

The man in the video released Tuesday afternoon is wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt and riding a bicycle.
