In the winter of 2014, the life of 19-year-old Isaiah Orantes was tragically cut short in Phoenix, Arizona. A Hispanic male, Orantes was found deceased on a canal bank near 47th Avenue and Cholla Street on the night of January 7th. The discovery launched a homicide investigation by the Phoenix Police Department, which quickly uncovered the violent circumstances surrounding his death.
