William Alexander Brookins Sr., a 39-year-old man from Phoenix, Arizona, died on June 8, 2021, due to injuries sustained in a shooting incident that occurred on June 3, 2021. The incident took place in a parking lot near 15th Avenue and Camelback Road, outside a Rally's restaurant.
