On April 4, 2023, law enforcement officers were dispatched to an apartment complex in the 6400 block of Manchester Avenue in Kansas City, Missouri, following reports of a shooting shortly before 1:00 a.m. Upon arrival, police discovered 56-year-old Keith Martin, a male, lying deceased in a hallway on the second floor of the building.
