On April 4, 2023, at approximately 1 a.m., Kansas City, Missouri, police officers responded to a reported shooting at an apartment complex in the 6400 block of Manchester Avenue. Upon arrival, they discovered 56-year-old Keith Martin inside the building, suffering from gunshot wounds. Emergency medical services pronounced him dead at the scene.
