In May 2020, 25-year-old Skylar Cain Ware disappeared from Kansas City, Missouri. His mother, Saundra Sheppard, reported him missing after not hearing from him for weeks, noting that such silence was uncharacteristic of her son. Ware was last known to be in the Blue Springs area, possibly with an individual named Chris, and foul play was suspected in his disappearance.
