Dwayne J. Sutton, a 27-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, tragically lost his life on April 30, 2019. Sutton was found deceased in a vehicle at a BP gas station near 40th Street and Blue Ridge Cutoff. He had suffered gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene. The incident was reported to the Kansas City police, who responded promptly to the scene.
