On April 29, 2023, at approximately 12:59 a.m., Kansas City police officers responded to a reported shooting near the intersection of Gregory Boulevard and Paseo Boulevard. Upon arrival, they discovered a white Jeep Cherokee in the westbound lanes of Gregory Boulevard, just east of Paseo Boulevard. Inside the vehicle, two male victims, identified as 40-year-old Terry L.
