Elier Alejandro Pinon-Anchondo, a 29-year-old resident of Kansas City, Missouri, was found dead on September 14, 2020, inside a vacant home on East Gregory Boulevard. The Kansas City Police Department responded to a call about a deceased person in an advanced state of decomposition.
