On June 24, 2023, 44-year-old Rosalyn Anderson was fatally shot in the 4400 block of Kennerly Avenue in St. Louis's The Ville neighborhood. Responding officers learned that Anderson had been transported to a local hospital with gunshot wounds, where she was pronounced dead shortly thereafter.
