On the night of July 19, 2023, 46-year-old Romao Harris was fatally shot in Velda City, Missouri. The incident occurred around 10:40 p.m. in the 7100 block of Lexington Avenue, where police found Harris in a parking lot suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
