Jamie Vee Franks, a 43-year-old woman from Salisbury, North Carolina, tragically died on August 23, 2021. Jamie was born on November 19, 1977, in Rowan County. She was the daughter of the late Edward Ray Franks and Velvie Epps Franks. Jamie was a devoted mother and grandmother, and her children and grandchildren were her world.
