On the evening of July 22, 2023, 31-year-old Kansas City resident Jeremiah Plowden was found deceased from gunshot wounds in Raytown, Missouri. Police responded to reports of a two-car crash near 67th Street and Blue Ridge Boulevard around 9:50 p.m. Upon arrival, they discovered Plowden inside one of the vehicles, having sustained fatal gunshot injuries.
