On a Sunday afternoon in early October 2023, the quiet atmosphere near 61st Street and Raytown Road in Raytown, Missouri, was shattered by the sound of gunfire. Around 2:15 p.m., local law enforcement officers were dispatched to the scene following multiple distress calls from the area. Upon their arrival, they discovered a harrowing sight: two young men lay fatally wounded from gunshots.
