On March 17, 2024, at approximately 1:26 a.m., Kansas City, Missouri, police officers responded to a report of a deceased individual near 94th Terrace and Cable Road, close to the Parc at Creekside Apartments. Upon arrival, they discovered 35-year-old Levi Warner, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Emergency medical services pronounced him dead at the scene.
