Death by Force

On May 13, 2024, 38-year-old Phillip Walters was found deceased outside a residence in north St. Louis, Missouri, with gunshot wounds to his back and chest. The discovery was made around 7:40 a.m. after residents reported hearing gunfire the previous night. According to a local resident, there was a "barrage of gunfire" during the night, but initial calls to the police did not result in an immediate response.
