Ian R. Smith, aged 44, was tragically killed on August 3, 2016, in Bellefontaine Neighbors, a suburb of St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred around 9:55 a.m. when police received a call about gunfire in the area of the 10500 block of Lilac Avenue. Upon arrival at a home in the 10400 block of Gardo Court, near Shepley Drive, officers found Ian Smith dead from multiple gunshot wounds.
