Ronald Zimmerman, a 48-year-old resident of north St. Louis County, was tragically shot to death on July 28, 2020, in Hillsdale, Missouri. The incident occurred around 4:15 p.m. when officers responded to a call on the 2000 block of Cherry Avenue. Zimmerman was found shot inside a car on the street and was rushed to the hospital for treatment but unfortunately succumbed to his injuries. A second victim, a man possibly in his 40s, was also in the car but was not injured.
