On the afternoon of December 23, 2021, a violent tragedy unfolded in the Mark Twain neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Just days before the Christmas holiday, police officers received a call at approximately 1:55 p.m. reporting a shooting in the 5300 block of Harney Avenue. Upon arrival at the scene, first responders discovered a chaotic and grim tableau involving multiple victims who had been fatally wounded by gunfire.
