John Christmas, a 51-year-old male, was fatally shot on June 2, 2024, at a Phillips 66 gas station located in the 1400 block of North Kingshighway Boulevard in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident began when Christmas, who was armed with a pistol, got into an argument with employees at the gas station and was asked to leave. During the dispute, another man, Trevell M. Warren, approached Christmas from behind and attempted to take the pistol from his waistband.
