In the city of Newark, New Jersey, a young man's life was tragically cut short. On the morning of Saturday, March 2, 2024, Jaheem Futrell, a 22-year-old male, was found with a gunshot wound. The incident occurred on the 300 block of South 8th Street, where police responded to a call about an injured person around 10:47 a.m.
Upon their arrival, officers discovered Futrell suffering from a gunshot wound.
Despite the prompt response from law enforcement and medical personnel, his injuries proved to be fatal.
