In the early evening of May 1, 2024, the life of 43-year-old Jerome Francis of Hamilton, New Jersey, was tragically cut short by gun violence in Trenton. Around 7:45 p.m., the Trenton Police were alerted to multiple gunshots in the vicinity of Prospect Street and Pennington Avenue by the ShotSpotter system.
