On January 18, 2023, at approximately 2:01 A.M., officers of the Hopewell Police Department responded to reports of shots fired in the 2700 block of Courthouse Road (Arlington Park) in Hopewell, Virginia. Upon arrival, they discovered two victims who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. Both victims were pronounced dead at the scene.
